Chuck Lemmond has been a resident of Dripping Springs since 1992 and has seen our little town transformed from a tiny hamlet to a major Texas town.  He started his custom home building company in 2004 and many of the prettiest homes in Dripping were built by Chuck.  He is a founding member of the Dripping Springs Hometown Mission that has helped many of our residents when they have quality of life issues in their homes.  The HOME IN A MONTH program built a beautiful cottage for some of our long time residents that was fully funded and built by over 200 Dripping Springs citizens.
