Scotty Bennett was born in Austin and attended The University of Texas. He worked at the world-famous Dallas Niteclub in Austin for 25 years and eventually got into doing voiceovers for Radio and Television. He ended up in radio on the KOKE FM Morning Show in 2012 with Bob Cole, Rita Ballou, Eric Raines and Troy Kimmel for 8 years. Then in January 2020, he was given his own show on KOKE FM…TEXAS NIGHTS with Scotty Bennett. He also owns Aces Media Solutions ad agency, plays the drums in the South 35 Band, and currently lives in Round Rock, Texas.
