Erik Turcotte opened Turcotte Butchers and Deli in the midst of the pandemic and proved his naysayers wrong by quickly becoming one of the most popular restaurants in Dripping Springs. He had a vision for a local eatery with a menu full of local meats and sandwiches.  The lines for Turcotte is usually out the door and people rave about his Philly Cheese Steak.  He loves our community and give back through donations and offering meals to those less fortunate.  You'll find him on the grill most days producing some of the best food around.
